Recommended order

- Install AllView+ on iPhone or Android from official stores — see the phone install guide.
- Confirm login + playback on the phone.
- Install / open AllView+ (or a compatible player) on your Smart TV.
- Only if the TV has no app store, consider a Firestick.
Activate ViewProPlus
Use /free-trial or /subscribe. Keep the activation email — you will need the AllView+ username and password on every device (up to 6).
Confirm on phone first
TV troubleshooting is easier when you already know the account works. Download from the download page, sign in, and play a live channel or movie on Wi‑Fi.
Smart TV with an app store

Sign in on the TV
- Open the player app on the TV.
- Enter the same AllView+ credentials from your activation email.
- Grant any network / storage prompts the TV OS requests.

When Firestick is optional
