These apps are compatible with Android and iOS smartphones/tablets, Amazon Fire TV, Roku, Android TV, Apple TV, smart TVs from major manufacturers (Samsung, LG, Sony), and some gaming consoles. Choose the app that works best with your device.

All three apps (XPlay, NoraGO, and SoPlayer) provide access to the same ViewProPlus content library. Choose based on your device compatibility and personal preference. XPlay offers the most modern interface, NoraGO is optimized for older devices, and SoPlayer provides the most customization options. You can try different apps to see which works best for your setup.

Download one of our supported apps: XPlay, NoraGO, or SoPlayer from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). For smart TVs and streaming devices, search for these app names in your device's app store. After installation, use the login credentials provided after your subscription purchase to start streaming immediately.

To sign up for ViewProPlus subscription, visit our website and click "Buy Premium Plan" in the pricing section. You'll be redirected to our secure Shopify checkout where you can complete your purchase. Once payment is confirmed, you'll receive login credentials within 12-24 hours via email.

For optimal streaming, ensure you have a stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps for 4K content. Try restarting your router and device, clearing the app cache, or updating your streaming app (XPlay, NoraGO, or SoPlayer) to the latest version. Your ViewProPlus subscription automatically renews monthly using the payment method on file. You'll receive email notifications before each renewal. Auto-renewal ensures uninterrupted access to all premium features and content.

To cancel your subscription, send an email to [email protected] requesting cancellation. Please include your account details and preferred cancellation date. You must cancel at least 3 days before your next renewal date to avoid the next billing cycle. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
